General Banquet Information
All banquet prices at Vinny T’s include private dining room, custom room set-up, 20% gratuity and state tax.
Event Contract
Our Event Contract will specify all the details and terms of your Function to ensure that every detail is addressed and your event is a complete success.
Guarantee
A final confirmation or guaranteed minimum number of guests is required seven days prior to the event. This number will be considered the final count, and minimum charges will be made accordingly. You may add guests to this count up until the day of the event. Children under the age of ten (10) are half-price and children under the age of five (5) are free of charge. Discounted rates will not apply when more than 20% of the guests are under the age of ten (10). In this event, we can assist you in putting together a Children’s Menu.
Reservation Deposits
A reservation deposit fee of 25% of the estimated function cost is due upon the completion of a signed Event Contract. The deposit is applied to your final bill and becomes non-refundable when the contract is signed.
Entertainment & Event Planning
Your event planner is welcome. Please have your planner call us to coordinated schedules and planning.
Decorations
Decorating with confetti or glitter is not permitted. Decorations must be attached or hung with masking tape only, please.
Audio-Visual Equipment
Audio-visual equipment is available at select locations — rental rates are as follows: Television, VCR, Overhead Projector & Screen $30.
Food Safety Policy
For the safety of our valued guests, it is the policy of Vinny T’s of Boston not to package leftover food from a buffet for guests to take home. All food (excluding celebration cakes) must be supplied by Vinny T’s of Boston.
Liquor and Beverage Policy
All alcohol and beverages must be supplied by Vinny T’s of Boston.
