Your success is our success! Success begins with ensuring you have the tools to be successful. At Vinny T’s of Boston both salary and hourly family members receive a comprehensive orientation prior to their first shift.
We offer a curriculum program that affords both heart of the house and front of the house management family members the opportunity to learn all aspects of restaurant operations. Management training begins with an extensive seven-week program that will move you through all stations in the heart of the house and front of the house.
Successful managers also realize that station training is just one part of their success. At Vinny T’s of Boston we also provide weekly management focused projects to learn and apply what you will need to know as a manager. Your learning continues past the first seven weeks with on-going development that includes management information systems (ReMacs), catering and banquet exposure and local store marketing in your neighborhood.
Hourly family members will also enjoy a training program designed to enhance their abilities to execute designated responsibilities within their station.
