Front of House Managers
General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager
As a manager you will be responsible for selecting, hiring, training and supervising all front of the house family members. This includes managing day-to day shifts, inventory and cost control, labor, sanitation and neighborhood marketing. Most importantly you will be responsible for building check averages, guest counts, and developing ongoing relationships with our guests.
Heart of the House Managers
Chef, Sous Chef
It is not a kitchen, it is the center of our restaurant it is in fact the Heart of the House. Culinary excellence is one of the essential ingredients to the success of our restaurant. We believe that culinary professionals should not be found in the back of a restaurant as much as they should be the heart of our restaurants. As a culinary professional you will focus on providing our guests with quality food, perfectly prepared and presented every time. Chefs will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including the ordering, inventory, storage, sanitation, and labor. As a chef at Vinny T’s of Boston you may also be asked to contribute ideas for new menu items. You will be responsible for selecting, hiring, training and supervising culinary family members.
