Our History
The first Vinny T’s of Boston opened in 1993 and immediately became a local favorite. There are currently eleven locations in the Greater Boston area as well as one location just outside of Philadelphia. A new Vinny T’s of Boston location has recently opened in South Portland, Maine.
Many will remember Vinny T’s of Boston as the former Vinny Testa’s restaurants. Recently, you may have noticed something a little different about your favorite Vinny Testa’s. The neighborhood-style Italian restaurant has officially changed its name to “Vinny T’s of Boston”. The restaurants have removed their old signs and replaced them with the new ones, which are designed to have the Italian neighborhood style found in Boston’s North End.
The best surprise, however, is on the inside. The new name isn’t just window dressing; Vinny T’s of Boston has introduced a great new menu for the restaurants, based on fresh, high quality ingredients.
The seven Vinny T’s of Boston restaurants in the Boston area are located in Back Bay, Danvers, Dedham, Lexington, Natick, Seekonk and Shrewsbury. Additionally, there is a Vinny T’s of Boston in Wynnewood (Pennsylvania).
